About the Blog and Me
My name is Sean Slowik and I am currently studying at George Fox University to be a high school Social Studies teacher. I have always had an interest in history since I was younger and that lead to me where I am today where I want to share that passion and my knowledge with students in a social studies classroom. This blog is for those who are interested in the way history shapes our lives and how it can shape students in the classroom. Posts will focus on history topics, classroom strategies, and the experiences of social studies teachers.
